The pllow has a stitched poly fill interior to keep filling in place, no more "empty corners" where the fill has shifted out of place. Inner lining is made out of "hospital gown" material to protect against any watery accidents (seams are not sealed).  The cover is made from heavy duty commercial fabric that is both stain resistant and machine washable.
